Ayurveda was originated before 3000 years ago. It was derived from the word Ayur(Life) and Veda(Science).Ayurvedha will prevent and treat illness, will maintain a balance inside a body...Triphala, Turmeric and Aswagandha are some of the ayurveda herbs. Not only Aswagandha and athimathura are ayurvedic but a lot of food products also contains Ayurveda properties which heals our body from various health problems. There are three types of doshas in ayurveda.

Ayurveda is still used today as it is one of the world's oldest form of
medicine and treatment. It focusses whole body.its a life science.

1) Kapha                          2) Vada                            3) Pitta


Our day to day food products contains a lot of ayurvedic properties even in this modern life. Say corn may increase kapha.raagi may increase vata,to control skin defects.bajra may balance pitta and kapha doshas.
